Executive-level students in DSCU's Security Cooperation Executive Course, EXEC-901, engage with Sherman "Doug" Kelly, a DSCU College of Strategic Security Cooperation Instructor and Course Manager, March 7, 2023. The EXEC-901 Course is offered in a small group format to interagency and military students in positions entailing executive-level responsibility for the planning and execution of Security Cooperation programs. During the five-day course, students enhanced their understanding of Security Cooperation laws and policies as well as best practices for SC planning and implementation.
