Congratulations on DIILS Retirement

Please join us in extending our congratulations and appreciation to Mrs. Lisa Clay on her retirement from federal civilian service after twenty years of dedicated service to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, DIILS and our Nation.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Clay demonstrated exceptional dedication to the mission and personnel of DIILS. Her superb management of a dynamic array of complex executive administration and personnel management functions, and her remarkable attention to detail helped ensure the successful and efficient operation of the organization through nine changes of Directorship and a number of organizational changes. A consummate professional, her extensive contributions to DIILS and the security cooperation mission and workforce will have a lasting impact on the DIILS organization. In recognition of her extraordinary contributions, Captain Ian Wexler was pleased to present her with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s Exceptional Career Civilian Service Award during a retirement ceremony in Newport, RI last month.

We congratulate Mrs. Clay on her outstanding career and well-earned retirement. She will be missed by her many friends and colleagues, who wish her Fair Winds and Following Seas in her retirement.
