In March 2022, a DIILS team traveled to Vietnam as part of a joint team
composed of members from the Defense Institute of International Legal
Studies (DIILS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOAA), and Department of State's Bureau of International
Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) as part of an ongoing security
cooperation effort.
