FMS-291 Financial Management of Foreign Military Sales Cases
The course covers the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case financial management process. Topics addressed include the roles of organizations involved in the FMS Flow of Funds, the FMS Trust Fund, delivery reporting, case/contract closure, and providing financial data to support Program
Management Reviews and Financial Management Reviews. The course is designed to provide members of the SC workforce with a practitioner-level working knowledge of the various aspects of FMS case financial management involved in the Pre-LOR, Case Development, Case Execution and Case Closure phases of FMS cases.
