This course will provide members of the Security Cooperation enterprise with a functional overview of the U.S. Department of Defense’s Golden Sentry, U.S. Department of State’s Blue Lantern, and U.S. Department of Commerce’s Sentinel End Use Monitoring (EUM) programs with respect to defense articles sold, leased, or exported under the AECA or Foreign Assistance Act.   The course will discuss the concepts, legislation, regulation, organizational responsibilities, processes, and reporting requirements as they relate to EUM.  The course will examine role-specific EUM responsibilities and identify applicable guidance and regulation to execute EUM tasks.
