CHMR-301 Civilian Harm Mitigation and Emerging Technologies (Expert)
The level 3 course examines the role of emerging technologies and disinformation and misinformation in armed conflict and how to identify and plan for mitigation measures. By the end of level 3, participants will apply key learnings though TTX and enhance learning to support partner capabilities to integrate civilian harm risks and mitigation in kinetic operations.
